Description

This Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna is a delicious and easy twist on traditional lasagna, using frozen ravioli instead of noodles. It’s loaded with rich meat sauce, melted mozzarella, and Parmesan for the perfect comfort food!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (24 oz) pasta sauce
  • 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
  • Stir in the pasta sauce and combine with the beef. Set aside.
  • Spread a fourth of the meat sauce in the bottom of an ungreased 5-quart slow cooker.
  • Arrange a third of the frozen ravioli over the sauce.
  • Sprinkle with a third of the shredded mozzarella cheese and 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Repeat the layers twice, starting with meat sauce, then ravioli, and topping with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  • Finish with the remaining meat sauce and top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until the ravioli is tender and the sauce is bubbly.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can add additional vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for added flavor.
  • For a richer lasagna, substitute the pasta sauce with marinara sauce or add a little ricotta cheese between the layers.
  • Serve with a side of garlic bread or a simple salad for a complete meal.
