  • Author: Catalina
  • Total Time: 3 hours 10 minutes
  • Yield: 6-8 servings 1x

Description

This Easy Crockpot Dinner is a cheesy, comforting dish with creamy Velveeta cheese, cream cheese, and ground beef, combined with bowtie noodles for the perfect hearty meal. It’s simple to make, full of flavor, and perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 big block of Velveeta cheese
  • 1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Rotel Tomatoes with chilies
  • 2.25 pounds ground beef

Instructions

  • Brown the Ground Beef:
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Once browned and cooked through, drain any excess fat.
  • Prepare the Crockpot:
Spray the inside of the crockpot with non-stick spray or lightly grease it. Add the browned ground beef to the crockpot.
  • Add the Other Ingredients:
Cube the Velveeta and cream cheese and add them to the crockpot. Add the can of cream of chicken soup and Rotel tomatoes (with their juices). Stir everything together to combine.
  • Cook in the Crockpot:
Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the cheese has fully melted and everything is well combined.
  • Cook the Noodles:
While the mixture is cooking, cook the bowtie noodles according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Combine Noodles and Sauce:
Once the cheese mixture is fully melted and creamy, stir in the cooked bowtie noodles until everything is well coated.
  • Serve:
Serve immediately while hot, and enjoy the creamy, cheesy goodness!

Notes

  • You can add some extra vegetables, like bell peppers or onions, for added flavor.
  • If you want it spicier, use hot Rotel tomatoes instead of mild.
  • This dish is great for meal prep and leftovers!
