- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with foil.
- Brush the honey mixture generously over the top of the salmon fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
