- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a shallow dish, mix together flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. Dredge chicken pieces in the flour mixture.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic, onion, and mushrooms. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Add chicken broth and dry white wine to the skillet, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for another 10-12 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Stir in sour cream, and simmer for an additional 2 minutes to thicken the sauce.
