- 12 oz chocolate candy coating
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the vanilla extract, flour, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and walnuts (if using) until well combined.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
- Freeze the cookie dough balls for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate candy coating according to package instructions.
- Dip each frozen cookie dough ball into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
- Place the chocolate-dipped truffles back on the wax paper and let them set at room temperature.
