- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries until evenly distributed.
- Spoon small dollops of the yogurt mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, creating bite-sized clusters.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil together in the microwave, stirring every 20-30 seconds until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over each yogurt cluster, covering them completely or partially as desired.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until the clusters are firm.
- Once set, remove the clusters from the parchment paper and serve. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
