- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together ground chicken, sweet chili sauce, green onions, cilantro, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold and seal the wontons.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the wontons until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve hot with extra sweet chili sauce for dipping.
Notes
- You can bake these wontons at 375°F (190°C) for about 15-20 minutes for a healthier version.
- Add a little sriracha to the filling for a spicy kick.
