- 2 cups desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the desiccated coconut, condensed milk, and powdered sugar until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small bars and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the bars for 30 minutes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Dip each coconut bar into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
- Place the coated bars back on the parchment paper and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
