Description

These homemade Bounty Bars are a delicious, coconut-filled treat coated in rich, smooth chocolate. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth, these easy-to-make bars will bring the classic candy bar flavor right to your kitchen.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together the desiccated coconut, condensed milk, and powdered sugar until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into small bars and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Freeze the bars for 30 minutes.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  • Dip each coconut bar into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
  • Place the coated bars back on the parchment paper and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
