Ingredients

  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Food coloring (red and green)

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar, corn syrup, water, and peppermint extract. Mix until well combined.
  • Divide the mixture into two equal parts. Add red food coloring to one part and green food coloring to the other part. Mix well.
  • Roll each colored dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Flatten each ball with a fork to create a peppermint shape.
  • Let the peppermints dry at room temperature for 24 hours.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
