- 3 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 3 tablespoons water

- Food coloring (red and green)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar, corn syrup, water, and peppermint extract. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into two equal parts. Add red food coloring to one part and green food coloring to the other part. Mix well.
- Roll each colored dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Flatten each ball with a fork to create a peppermint shape.
- Let the peppermints dry at room temperature for 24 hours.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
