- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup lime juice

- 2 cups cold water
- Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, chopped green onions, sour cream
Instructions
- In a blender, combine avocados, yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Slowly add cold water while blending until desired consistency is reached.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
