- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
- Add bok choy, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Stir fry until bok choy is wilted and tender.
