Description

A quick and delicious stir fry featuring tender baby bok choy and savory mushrooms, seasoned with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. This healthy, vibrant dish is perfect for a light meal or as a side!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb baby bok choy, chopped
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
  • Add bok choy, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir fry until bok choy is wilted and tender.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can substitute oyster sauce with mushroom sauce for a vegetarian version.
  • For extra crunch, add roasted peanuts or sesame seeds on top before serving.
